Compliance Archiver is Cooperteam’s solution for legal archiving. Complementary to Mail Auditor for Lotus Notes Domino, Compliance Archiver collects, archives and manages critical emails guaranteeing data integrity and uniqueness.

Architecture and Key features

Compliance Archiver collects emails at the server level before any changes can be made by users, guaranteeing data integrity. It then converts the message to XML format before generating a unique hash code.
Finally the message is archived in a Standard Content Management system which manages documents versions and data retention policies guaranteeing data uniqueness.

Compliance Archiver also provides the ability to:
