Cooperteam announces general availability of MailFlow Analyzer 1.8 (26 April 2009)

MailFlow Analyzer is a messaging flow analysis tool that has been specifically designed to provide companies with accurate information on their Lotus Notes Domino messaging platform, supplying visibility over their infrastructure utilization and enabling them to more effectively manage infrastructure costs.
As enterprise messaging is a key process of the current business environment, indicators of flow, volume, usage and service level are indispensable.
With new interfaces and new functionalities, MailFlow Analyzer 1.8 provides Lotus Notes administrators and IT Managers with even more essential indicators necessary to efficiently manage the messaging environment:
New Dashboard module: accessed through a web browser, or projected on a dedicated monitoring screen, the dashboard interface provides the administration team with a global view of the messaging traffic.
New Alert module: that generates real time alerts, that can be configured to report any kind of non-compliant or abusive messaging system activity (excessive forwarding, massive email transfers, oversize attachments, etc.). The alerts can be notified by email, logged and/or sent to SNMP management systems.
The creation of statistics for virtual groups of users (Population) and their exchanges (Cross Population) provides IT Managers with more critical information to understand the usage of the messaging system.
Enhanced reporting of Infrastructure statistics, Alerts and Population provide IT Managers with even more detailed data analysis.
MailFlow Analyzer 1.8 is an essential tool to guarantee messaging system SLAs, as well as manage and reduce infrastructure costs.
