“Cooperteam” is a representation of the essence of the company: The choice was to incorporate Cooperation with Teamwork

Cooperation is the practice of co-operating. The association of persons and businesses for common, usually economic, benefit.

Team is defined as, "People working together in a committed way to achieve a common goal or mission. The work is interdependent and team members share responsibility and hold themselves accountable for attaining the results."

In essence, Cooperteam seeks to work with you to provide a collaborative, cooperative environment. Our core business is to take existing systems forward using solutions tested time after time to automate successful management and change of your IT architectures. Innovation is the key word.

Our Logo

The shape is based off the “Water Lily”. Historically the name Water Lily and Lotus Flower are used in different ways to describe the same plant. The Water Lily itself is a flowering plant found in fresh water. It's roots anchor in the soil under water and extends the stem to the surface, here the flower grows with it's weight supported by the water. Water lilies range in all sizes from some of the smallest to largest plants found in the world.

This seemed most fitting as the basis of our logo for Cooperteam. If you are familiar with Lotus Notes you should also be familiar with Cooperteam. Our solutions are specifically well designed for use with Lotus Notes Messaging infrastructures.

“Our Roots” Cooperteam's foundation is expertise in Lotus' architecture. We are Lotus experts and design our products to optimize your environment and resources, as well as to save time and money.

“Our Stem” Cooperteam's business practices set us apart and above others. We work in tandem with our clients to understand and meet each of their unique needs. This relationship, with our clients, has allowed us to grow internationally and develop complete and powerful solutions over the last 10 years.

“Our Flower” Cooperteam's solutions are the flowers of our business. Blending powerful features, intelligent design and intuitive user interface, our products are in use with companies of all sizes, from 50 users to 140,000 users and above.

The choice of our logo with four different shades was chosen to highlight four ideals that we strive for in our daily business practices.
